Returns and Exchanges

At handcrafted-footwear.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 30 calendar days of receiving your package.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be in perfect condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Products that show signs of use or damage will not be accepted.
  • Returns are only valid for purchases made directly on handcrafted-footwear.com.

How to Return

  1. Go to your account and request a return.
  2. Print the return label provided through our platform.
  3. Pack the items securely and attach the label to the parcel.
  4. Drop it off at the designated carrier point.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, follow the same process as for returns. After we receive the product, you can place a new order for the desired size or model on handcrafted-footwear.com.

Important Notes

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been checked and approved.
